Joining the Fish Net

This holiday season, we are committed to our promise to help the community by helping ensure no family goes hungry this holiday season. Fish, Inc. of Dunellen Area was founded in 1969 to express a spirit of brotherhood in our community by rendering assistance and service to individuals in need.

Fish, Inc. serves the poor, elderly, homeless and those who “fall between the cracks” of public assistance. Food packages consisting of two bags of basic commodities tailored to individual families’ needs have been provided to approximately 400 families per month. Variations of these food packages including baby food or special dietary needs along with holiday preparation bags full of traditional meals are among many of the specialized services Fish provides. “The dedication and hard work from many of these volunteers inspires me and my family and that’s why we have continued to support Fish throughout the years. Our net is our community and I can’t image a life where we couldn’t count on our neighbors to help out in a time of need.”

Serving individuals throughout the Dunellen, Middlesex, Piscataway, South Plainfield, Edison and High Park area, Fish is an all-volunteer based organization who is in need of our help. Fish provides a variety of other services including a food bank, holiday meals, holiday toys, clothing, blankets/ bedding, infant necessities and disaster support.

If you would like to help, please drop off canned goods at either our Bound Brook or Kendall Park office!

Getting involved has never been so simple, or Free!
