Hunger and Homelessness Chronic Problems in New Jersey
Hunger and homelessness in New Jersey are chronic problems that require serious solutions. A recent report revealed that over 1.1 million people in our state face food insecurity, and over a third of these hungry residents are children. In fact, every day roughly 300,000 children in New Jersey go to school without breakfast. Homelessness is on the rise as well, and New Jersey has marked a 21.2% increase in homelessness statewide over the last five years.
Ambassadors for Healthy Homes and Families
Basile & Associates Insurance can no longer stand by and watch as hunger and homelessness continue to affect our community. We are now Regional Ambassadors for the #AgentsofChange movement, and our team is committed to making a positive difference for families in our state. We will be working in support of a wide range of programs designed to assist New Jersey families and children in receiving healthy and nutritious food, and we will be assisting in efforts to reverse these growing trends of homelessness.
To do all these things, we desperately need your help.
Ending Hunger and Homelessness
We don’t need you to make a donation, instead, we’re asking you to help us share information about the growing problems of hunger and homelessness in our community. When you refer a loved one, coworker, or friend into Basile & Associates, we will share information about this ongoing campaign as well as providing them with a free consultation on insurance. Then we will issue a donation IN YOUR NAME to a regional program that helps New Jersey families in desperate need of assistance.
Helping Families in New Jersey
