Basile & Associates, PLLC was established in 2024 with a vision to provide exceptional accounting, tax, and advisory services to individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. Our firm was founded on the principle of providing unparalleled service to individuals and businesses, enabling them to make informed decisions based on reliable financial information. Managing Partner
Adam Basile
Adam Basile founded Basile & Associates, PLLC after 15 years of experience in public, private, and private equity companies. This experience created the foundation that set the high standards for the firm and pushed Adam to build a firm that clients can rely on and trust.
Before his accounting career, Adam served in the United States Marine Corps for 5 years, completing two deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Prior to establishing his practice, Adam started his accounting career at Devon Energy, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company, where he worked in various roles including multiple accounting leadership roles. In 2019, Adam joined Crescent Pass Energy, a private-equity backed E&P company, as their Controller / VP – Accounting where he oversaw the accounting organization and played a key role in building out the accounting team and processes from the ground up. In 2023, he joined Warwick Investment Group, a private equity firm, as a Controller to manage their accounting team responsible for managing their energy investments.
Adam's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Accounting from Sam Houston State University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Oklahoma. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Adam and his family are deeply involved in giving back to the community. Him and his family volunteer their time with various local military organizations, the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and other organizations that make a positive impact in the community..
Adam has been fortunate to call Edmond, Oklahoma home for many years. Originally hailing from the great state of Texas, his family found a wonderful community here. When he is not immersed in the world of accounting, he is spending quality time with his wife of almost 20 years and two daughters.
